Ollie Bown, Andrew Brown, Toby Gifford, and Arne Eigenfeldt got together in Byron Bay, Australia, for a week long code jam. We were interested in getting some musebots to interact and react to one another’s musical activity levels (i.e. density), as well as attempt to negotiate an ending.
Four musebots, four separate coding environments:
All audio is going through JackAudio, into Ableton Live. The middle display (from the Conductor) displays the ongoing negotiations regarding density (0.0 – 1.0) and whether to end (0 or 1).
Musebots, Live Project, and other material for this project available here.
